How the pilot works

Choose one workflow.
Pick a workflow your agent already runs, with at least one action a person still checks by hand.

Agree the contract.
Decide which actions the agent may take alone, which need a person, and which are off-limits. Agree evaluation criteria before the pilot starts.

Observe in shadow mode.
We set up observation for the agreed workflow and record what the agent attempts. Nothing is blocked or changed.

Review and decide.
At day 30, we review the observed actions and evidence with you and decide what the agent should handle next.
